Description

Introducing the FX Panthera Hunter, the world's first air rifle to feature an over-the-barrel plenum. Originally designed for target shooting, this hunting version of the FX Panthera comes with a redesigned bottle system and a shortened 300mm barrel, offering an impressive 300 shots per fill in .22 caliber. As expected from a world-leading airgun manufacturer, the FX Panthera Hunter incorporates advanced technology. It utilizes a side lever cocking mechanism, a front-mounted 300cc bottle, and an innovative over-barrel plenum system. This combination creates an unprecedented level of consistency in a rifle of this type.

The shot-to-shot consistency is exceptionally refined, with some users achieving deviations as low as 3-4 within 10-shot strings. This remarkable consistency in airflow and velocity translates into unparalleled accuracy, often surpassing even the finest rimfire rifles. The impressive performance of the Panthera starts with the FX Dynamic Block, a newly developed unit designed for high-performance shooting. It features a small, one-piece valve that enables high power and short impulse air release, ensuring remarkable efficiency and precise airflow.

The Panthera's legendary over-the-barrel plenum comes into play next, providing a highly consistent regulated pressure. Positioned above the barrel, this plenum is larger than those found in previous FX models and also enhances the stiffness of the barrel area. Precise pressure levels are maintained by the single AMP MKII Regulator.

In the Panthera Hunter model, FX has opted for a lightweight and simplified design. The rifle no longer features Arca rails and M-lok accessory rails, resulting in a compact and tuneable state-of-the-art air rifle that can be enjoyed all day long.

The rifle's mechanism is centered around the Quick Tune System, which has been proven in the FX Impact M3. Dual angled Manometers on the left side of the block provide instant feedback on the bottle pressure and regulated plenum pressure, allowing for easy monitoring by the operator.
