Air Rifle Law In The UK

Due to changes to the UK law, you must be aged 18 years or older to purchase any air arms, moderator or pellets. While owning and using an air rifle in England and Wales is legal, it is against the law in Scotland. Anyone found owning and using an air rifle in Scotland may face a fine or in some cases, may risk imprisonment of up to 2 years. Here you must apply for an air weapon certificate. We are unable to mail air rifles or moderators directly to your home. Sales must be face to face. You can arrange for us to send an air gun to a registered firearms dealer of your choice. But please be aware that the dealer will charge you a handling fee.
