Pulsar is part of the company Yukon Advanced Optics Worldwide which was founded in 1994 from two private enterprises, a manufacturing one in the Republic of Belarus, which was producing spotting scopes, and a trading optical one located in Texas, USA. The product line of the company at that time included spotting scopes and binoculars. In 1999, as the range of day optics grew, Pulsar night vision started to manufacture their first night vision scopes. Two years later, in 2001, the first night vision riflescope, the NVRS was launched.
In 2006-2008 the company had a large expansion of the product range of optical devices, including digital, and began building of a wide line of thermal and night vision devices and riflescopes that formed the basis of a new trademark Pulsar. They now produce some of the best thermal and night vision products on the market. Including the amazing Axion thermal monoculars, merger binoculars and thermion rifle scopes.
